Shipping Methods

Our shipping is done via UPS. UPS packages go out daily, Monday through Friday. UPS requires a physical street address (not a PO Box).    Exceptions to UPS are APOs, FPOs will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (ground UPS rates apply for APOs and FPOs)  We only ship to the contiguous US no international, Hawaii or Alaska orders will be accepted.

We do not ship on major Holidays such as: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. 

All orders will be shipped 24 hours after receipt of authorized posted payments. Signature is required upon receipt of merchandise.  If you need your order by a certain date or time please see alternate shipping methods below.  You may also email Customer Service for specific information about your order.  All orders over $200.00 will receive free UPS ground freight.
We offer four levels of UPS domestic service:

GROUND
Basic packages arrive within 1-7 business days in the contiguous US. This is our standard shipping method.  Designated recipient must be on-site to sign for delivery.
2nd BUSINESS DAY AIR
2nd Business Day Air packages will be shipped the next day for orders placed before 3:00pm EST, and the next business day for other orders. The package will arrive 2 business days after shipping, not including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Designated recipient must be on-site to sign for delivery.

3 DAY SELECT
3 Day Select orders placed by 3:00pm EST will ship next day and are guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days in the contiguous US by afternoon delivery. Designated recipient must be on-site to sign for delivery.

All orders are packaged in unmarked envelopes or boxes.

Please note that ALL orders will be shipped by UPS and a SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED AT DELIVERY.
